After having a very productie writing year, despite corona, I’ve hit a slump. I barely wrote last month but I’m hoping September will get me drafting a bit here and there again. I know it’ll take me a while to get back to where I was earlier this year, but a little progress is still progress. Breaks are fine and needed too. But I’m really to have this forced break be over already.

So I’ve started getting ready reacquainted with my Blood Maiden WIP. I’m reading the last 2 chapters of the previous arc and working my way back to where I last drafted.

Things are going to downhill pretty soon for Sagani despite the main cast having arrived at a multi day festival location. There’ll be some solarpunk aesthetics, magic dance performances, finally the game night I’d had to move from earlier in the story, and the antagonist popping back up when it’s the least convenient. Lots to keep me occupied as well as stuff I hope will excite you all.
